Quarrycast:

A high performance mineral crystal composite that comes in a naturally high gloss brilliant white finish.

Hand finished / vitreous china:

Remarkably hard, nonporous sinks. Smooth-glazed, highly scratch-resistant surfaces won’t rust, fade or discolor.

dripfree guarantee:

Lifetime dripfree warranty on 47mm ceramic disc cartridges. All other cartridges carry a 5 year warranty.

Mains pressure:

Tapware to be used on a mains pressure system only.

Wels Water Rating:

The WELS water-rating label provides water efficiency information. A one to six star rating that allows a quick comparative assessment of the model's water efficiency. The more stars on the label the more water efficient the product. As well as a star rating the labels also show a water consumption or water flow figure.

Multi pressure:

These products are suitable for all pressures including low and mains pressure systems.

Pre-finished

Superfine MR is a versatile fine surfaced particleboard product made from renewable plantation pine timber designed to withstand the moisture and humidity within the bathroom environment.

Anti-bacterial

Ideal Standard Family Health products and toilet suites are all pre-built with an antibacterial glaze that effectively kills 99% of bacteria, which can cause diarrhoea, infection, bad odour and even skin disease.

12 month guarantee:

Washers and O'rings, Shower heads.

5 year guarantee:

On all tapware materials, with the exception of washers and other perishable parts. Pre-finished vanities carry a 5 year warranty on the Cabinet.

10 year guarantee:

For vitreous china against - crazing - cracking or discolouring. Accessories for defective material and workmanship. Solid timber vanities carry a 10 year warranty on the vitreous China top and the Cabinet.

25 year guarantee:

The period of guarantee for Quarrycast baths.

Without exception, Robertson products are guaranteed to meet or exceed the standard requirements of the New Zealand Building Code. Our sales support is second to none, and we are always happy to help with any query or issue you may have.

Where the product fails within the warranty period we offer a free replacement or replacement part (or nearest equivalent). This warranty does not include the cost of labour.

This guarantee is transferable – it applies to the product not the purchaser provided proof or purchase details are passed on to the new owner. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Products must be installed, used and cared for in line with our fixing instructions and building regulations. Taps and mixers, toilet seats, cistern fittings, acrylic baths, bath panels, showers, cast iron baths and parts (e.g. ballvalves and syphon diaphrams), are guaranteed in accordance with the Durability Clauses of the New Zealand Building regulations and the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Some product warranties may be effected by misuse or local conditions eg. adverse cleaning products.

The above guarantees apply only to products imported and sold by Robertson. These guarantees do not cover products sold by Robertson under any other agency, company or brand name.
